Rachael Walton has over 17 years research experience gained in market research agencies. She started her career back in 1991 after graduating from Middlesex University with a degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology. Rachael worked for some key agencies including Discovery, Pegram Walters (now Synovate), Millward Brown, Skyrocket and ideas+visions
Rachael began her career as a quantitative researcher but soon focussed on qualitative research, often with an international angle. Over time, Rachael has worked across many different sectors including telecommunications, FMCG, automotive, tourism and retail. After a stint travelling abroad which included voluntary work in Peru, Rachael became interested in the whole concept of Responsible Tourism. She is now doing a part-time MSC in Responsible Tourism Management at Leeds Metropolitan University
As well as doing the course, she is an avid reader of information relating to sustainability and her lifestyle reflects her ethical beliefs
Rachael is a full member of the Market Research Society and a member of the Association for Qualitative Research, the Independent Consultants Group and the Association of Sustainability Practitioners
She is enhanced CRB checked meaning she can legitimately work with vulnerable adults and young children |
